one of my favorite artists here, aquasixio [link] , has just put up a series of new works. he has many different stories going on, like Olivia's sad story or Sixio, his own incarnation in his paintings.

imo, the latter has some very nice surreal paintings, like one of my all time favorite Save.Our.Souls [link]
now, where am i going with this? well if you take a look at S.O.S, you may notice a little frog standing (or holding on for dear life >.< on the umbrella handle. now i know its not that much but i just fell for the little guy (named Neo). But when aquasixio put up the fallow-up drawing of SOS intittled Castaway in Stardust City[link] i started looking for Neo on the shore, but he was nowhere to be found! so then in dissaray, i wrote a note to aquasixio:

"je sais que tu doit recevoir beaucoup de question/commentaires, mais je me demandais ce qui s'est passer a Neo dans castaway, il etait dans le parapluie (save our souls)

s'est-il perdus?

peut etre que inconciament s'est pour ca que tu n'etais pas satisfait de ton dessin, par manque de neo "

all i say, is that im asking wether neo got forgotten or got purpousfully left out. Lo and behold, aqua answered me! :

"IL fallait laisser Néo volait de ses propres...pattes :]

Non serieux, je manque de rigueur et de temps, tout simplement. IL m'ai difficile de dessiner ce que je veux vraiment au stade de compétence ou je suis.

voila, mais il reviendra sur une autre illu, peut etre spécialement édier à cette mascotte."

he says that neo needed some time off and took a short haitus, but (to my great relief) would make an illustration dedicated specially to Neo!
