The schism

it is exalted yet exiled, peerless but bound, immortal and now pointless.

From conciousness it will take leave to where it once came.

With its departure, its shapes grow blurry and dim, faithless limbs and tortured shadows vanish and leave the crimson room a dull grey.

The once blazing brimstones and scorched kindles now only a memory. only the vast emptiness fills this place now, even emptier than it was before its presence.

And now the cold consumes and devours from within all that remains.
